How we do it

TECHNICALLY SPEAKING…

Digital Colour Library tool

Tedious colour-matching is a thing of the past. That’s because we’ve perfected distance press proofing with LAB technology, which is digitally mastered and controlled at the time of printing. Now, any specified colour code you want no longer needs the human eye to check it, as it can be declared within exact spec and compliant with the use of a digital photo spectrometer.

AVT 100% Inspection system

Say goodbye to human error. With our 100% inspection system, all printed impressions are checked for print flaws and data integrity using a bi-directional inspection process. Compared to cumbersome manual inspection systems, this system drastically reduces the risk of data contamination and ensures that we comply fully with your exact standards and requirements.

QUALITY FIRST

Even with an abundance of the latest technology, operated by seasoned specialists, we
always keep tightly focused on producing only the highest quality deliverables at all times
and are fully compliant with the strictest industry standards

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA)

The Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) addresses the problem of hunger in school children by providing meals to primary, secondary and special-needs learners in the Western Cape.
In partnership with the PSFA, CTP Flexibles proudly sponsors Westville Primary School by ensuring 220 learners receive two wholesome meals a day.

FoodBank SA

With around 14 million South Africans going hungry every day, FoodBank SA collects edible surplus food from manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers and redistributes it to hundreds of verified NPO’s that collectively feed thousands of hungry people daily.
Every year on Mandela Day, 18th of July, CTP Flexibles team members pack food parcels in the warehouse for 67 minutes.

16 Days of Activism

16 Days of Activism is a worldwide campaign to oppose violence against women and children. CTP Flexibles wholly supports this campaign and has constantly partnered with Women against Rape (WAR) to raise awareness of – and to oppose – violence against women and children.
Volunteers from our all our Western Cape divisions (CTP Flexibles, CTP Cartons & Labels, SA Litho Label Printers and Boland Printers), gather each year to prepare comfort packages, educational kits and sandwiches for our surrounding communities.
